These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of services offered by Mossraven through this site. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Scope
Mossraven sells enterprise AI automation services. Each published service describes its scope and included deliverables. Services are digital/consulting products; no physical shipping is involved.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) as net amounts. 16% VAT (IVA) is added at checkout. The tax receipt is issued with the details provided by the customer.
Purchase and payment
Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway. The engagement is confirmed once payment is received. Mossraven reserves the right to cancel orders with signs of fraud or incorrect information.
Service delivery
After payment confirmation, Mossraven will contact the customer to start implementation and define delivery timelines for the deliverables described in each service.
Customer obligations
The customer agrees to provide the information and access required for proper service delivery. Delays caused by missing information are not attributable to Mossraven.
Intellectual property
Configurations, workflows and documentation delivered are licensed to the customer for their use. Mossraven’s own methodology and tools remain its intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
Mossraven is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of delivered systems once transferred to and operated by the customer.
Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy.
